Parkwood Place has 101 suites, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, each designed for real life: low-sill windows for a clear view from your chair, a bathroom wide enough for a walker or wheelchair with an easily accessible step-in shower, and a kitchenette in every suite. From cozy studios to roomy one- and two-bedroom layouts, our suites are designed to make downsizing feel like an upgrade.

Spacious, private
and move-in ready

Every suite has a kitchenette (studios have a compact fridge; all other suites have a full apartment-size fridge and freezer). Ground-floor suites have sliding doors opening onto the garden patio, and a small number of suites include private balconies overlooking the garden. Emergency call bells are in every bathroom, and a personal emergency pendant is included in the rent. Team members are on site 24 hours a day, trained in CPR and first aid. Make your new suite your own with your furniture, photos and favourite things, and we’ll ensure the rest feels like home.
