Parkwood Place has 101 suites, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, all designed for real life. Big windows with low sills so you can see the view from your chair. Doorways and washrooms are wide enough for a walker or wheelchair, with step-in showers for safe, easy access. A kitchenette in every suite. Ground-floor suites with sliding doors opening directly onto the garden patio. Bring your furniture, bring your pet, and make the suite your own. The community life outside your door is there whenever you want it.

Our Amenities

A culinary experience made for you

Our culinary manager brings years of restaurant ownership experience to the role and holds monthly food meetings with residents to get their input. Three meals a day are included in the monthly rent, with two fresh homemade soups daily, a featured menu that changes twice a month, and a full list of à la carte options at lunch and dinner. Our licensed dining room offers wine, beer and spirits with lunch or dinner upon request.
